"A  Deadly New Drug in All States"

“Bath salts” are dangerous new synthetic drug which create effect of cocaine has recently been growing in popularity, especially for among teens, and raising alarm from parents, educators, and drug-enforcement officials. The key ingredients of bath salts are the synthetic compounds methylenedioxypyrovalerone also called MDPV, mephedrone, pyrovalerone, and methylone. But there are many other ingredients used for this drug. For example, many of the “bath salts” seized have been found to contain extremely high levels of caffeine. The ingredients work by sending the brain into an "survival" mode, sometimes causing extreme aggression and even temporary super-human strength. Other drugs like PCP, LSD and Cocaine can cause the same type of reaction, but Bath Salts can put the user into this mode for several hours, or even days, at a time. As we know, these drugs are typically administered orally, by inhalation or injection, with the worst outcomes apparently associated with snorting or intravenous administration. Mephedrone is of particular concern because, according to the United Kingdom experience, it presents a high risk for overdose. These chemicals act in the brain like stimulant drugs (indeed they are sometimes touted as cocaine substitutes); thus they present a high abuse and addiction liability. Consistent with this notion, these products have been reported to trigger intense cravings not unlike those experienced by methamphetamine users, and clinical reports from other countries appear to corroborate their addictiveness. They can also confer a high risk for other medical adverse effects. Some of these may be linked to the fact that, beyond their known psychoactive ingredients, the contents of "bath salts" are largely unknown, which makes the practice of abusing them, by any route, that much more dangerous. Additionally, Doctors and clinicians at U.S. poison centers have indicated that ingesting or snorting "bath salts" containing synthetic stimulants can cause chest pains, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, agitation, hallucinations, extreme paranoia, and delusions. It is noteworthy that, even though we are barely two months into 2011, there have been 251 calls related to "bath salts" to poison control centers so far this year. This number already exceeds the 236 calls received by poison control centers for all of 2010. In response to this emerging threat, several states, including Hawaii, Michigan, Louisiana, Kentucky, and North Dakota, have introduced legislation to ban these products, which are incidentally labeled as "not fit for human consumption." In addition, several counties, cities, and local municipalities have also taken action to ban these products. In conclusion, it’s a very scary stimulant that is out there. People who consume it will get high blood pressure and increased pulse. Even, “Bath Salt” make people can have superhuman strenght, they have a will to suicide, and be cannibalism (Zombie). Therefore, this drug is so dangerous for anyone.

 2.     Argumentative Paragraph

"Inclusive School Should Be Applied For
Student With Special Needs"

Inclusive School benefits not only students with special needs, but also all students, educators, parents, and community members. Experience tells us that as communities and schools should embrace the true meaning of inclusion in order to be able change a segregated special education system into an inclusive service delivery system and change a society and world intolerant and fearful of difference into one that embraces and celebrates natural diversity with meaningful, student-centered learning. The underlying assumption, however, is that inclusion is a way of living together that is based on a belief that each individual is valued and belongs. In addition, the policy statement also recognizes that every student has the right. It is not exception for student with special needs to expect that he or she will participate fully in the common learning environment, meaning an environment that is designed for all students, is typical for the students age and grade, and is shared with his/her neighbourhood peers. Besides, students also have the right to expect that accommodations will be considered and implemented in an appropriate and timely manner and that learning outcomes, interventions, accommodations, supports, adaptations, instruction, assessment, and learning environments will be designed to respect individual learning styles, needs and strengths. It is clear enough that it is so much which is expected from an inclusive school and education system. Actually, there is so many reasons that this school is difficult enough to be applied. There are the lack of supporting inclusive education system, the limited knowledge possessed by teachers of inclusive school. It show that the education system has not been prepared well. As we know, inclusive schools will not be a reality unless there is strong leadership for inclusion and steps are taken to manage the school environment in such ways that promote inclusion at all levels. Moreover, proactive school management and leadership require that school leaders and educators assume responsibility for ensuring that inclusive values and practices are well understood and applied on a daily basis. In summary, we believe that we should create, cherish, and nurture schools that include and effectively educate all students. As described by Stainback and Stainback (1990), an inclusive school is a place where everyone belongs, is accepted, supports, and is supported by his or her peers and other members of the school community in the course of having his or her educational needs met.

"The Dangers of Osteoporosis"

Osteoporosis is the most common happen in women than men. So, it can inflict  immobility which makes the patient was unable to get out of bed. Immobility is longer if compared with the disease of chronic obstructive lung disease, stroke, blockage of the coronary arteries, and breast cancer. In addition, a person can loose height about 15-20 percent of its original height which called compression fractures. It is due to the condition of the spine are overlapping. In some cases, fractures can also cause kyphosis (kyphosis), a condition where the spine curves are sometimes called hunchback (humpback). Besides, the patient lose the balance that causes the body is more rigid to move, so the negative impact on the balance. These conditions often lead to falls, which can cause broken bones, creating a cycle of more severe pain due to bone fractures. Moreover, it weaken the body's bones and joints. These fractures are caused by thinning of bone mass. In this case, it undermined the spongy interior of bone osteoporosis, called the trabecular bone mass. This kind of conditions can be so bad thing that person is limited in movement and activities. A fall, a hard bump into something or even lifting an object might result in a bone fracture. The most common sites for fractures are in the spine, wrists and hip, though many people trying to break falls also fracture elbows, shoulders and knees. Next, the effects can happen on the spinal column. While some individuals just have poor posture and find their muscles grow weaker, making it harder to maintain proper posture. In other cases, the reason for the poor posture is actually because the spinal column has become so weak that they can no longer stand up straight. Often, those who have spinal column fractures also notice that the vertebrae are not placed as they should, and that is what causes them to adopt this stooped over appearance. Furthermore, the last of the negative effects of osteoporosis is the pain that is often experienced when you're suffering from the condition. Even simple activities such as going shopping in the afternoon or walking up the stairs can cause significant amounts of pain for those afflicted by the ailment. Therefore, this condition can make patient's lives very unpleasant.
